To access and use the Service, you must:

• Provide a valid email address and mobile phone number;

• Verify both your email and phone number; and

• Explicitly opt in to receive SMS and MMS alerts by checking the consent box during sign-up.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Accessing the Service

The Service is available to you for personal use, or—if registering on behalf of your company—for your company’s internal use.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all activity under your account complies with applicable laws;

• Preventing unauthorized use of your credentials;

• All activity conducted under your username, including legal compliance and misuse such as SPAM.

5. Communications

By using the Service, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including:

Phone (Voice & Text Messages)

You consent to receive text messages from NeoSavant.ai when you fill out web forms, contact support, place an order, or schedule a call, or opt-in for notifications. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to text messages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and technology associated with the Service are the exclusive property of NeoSavant.ai or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

NeoSavant.ai may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you:

• Engage in activity that could harm NeoSavant.ai or other users.

Upon termination, your rights under these Terms immediately cease.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

NeoSavant.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data

• Loss of revenue or profit

• Service interruption

Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought in the courts located within California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised version at neosavant.ai/terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
